Lori Kintzel
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
I was born in Freeport Illinois, home of the Pretzels. That’s right our high school mascot is the Pretzel! I have one younger sister named Heather. I consider myself to be extremely family oriented person and as a result I am very close with my entire family. I am married to William Kelly D.C. and we met at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. We actually met in the cadaver labs of all romantic places. I have two cats Gizmo and Littleman, but I am not just a cat person, I love all animals.
Before attending Palmer I did my undergraduate studies at Highland Community College where I obtained my associate degree of science and Drake University where I worked on my bachelor degree of biology. While attending Palmer I was president of the Sigma Phi Chi Chiropractic Sorority, it is the oldest chiropractic organization in the world. It was started in 1911 by Dr. Mabel Palmer. The idea of surrounding myself with so many powerful women all working towards the same goal of spreading chiropractic and the chiropractic message is truly inspiring.
I graduated from Palmer in June of 2006 and have been practicing full time ever since. Not many people get to say that they love their jobs, but I truly do. I have story after story to tell about what I have witnessed through my years of practice. So many patients that have been able to attain their goals of being pain free and achieving better health, and this is just the start for me. I have many more years to go and many new patients to meet and assist.
