Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
I am a native of Michigan who was raised in Haslett, Michigan and graduated from Haslett High School. My husband and I are happy to have recently settled back in the Mason-Dansville area. It gives us the chance to spoil our nieces and nephews who all live in the area! We enjoy an active lifestyle that includes biking, walking, hiking and playing with our two dogs.

What brought me to become a provider of Chiropractic and Nutritional Therapy? Well, after high school I studied engineering. Although I enjoyed some aspects of engineering, I felt a desire to help people and wanted to be involved in something where I felt I could really make a difference in people’s daily lives. That desire, combined with past experience as a chiropractic patient after a car accident as a teen, directed me down the path of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University, College of Chiropractic with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degree in May of 2001.
I spent the first 6 ½ years of my professional career at a chiropractic office in Portland, Michigan. This past year I purchased (Okemos) Chiropractic Health Clinic where I now practice.

The goal of my clinic is to help you reach your optimum health. That is why at Okemos Chiropractic Health Clinic we go beyond offering just traditional chiropractic adjustments. Every day our bodies are buffeted by stresses from our environment: a combination of things like poor diet, sedentary jobs, stressful workplaces, chemicals in our environment and more. Our approach to achieving optimum health may best occur through a combination of therapies. I have learned that great chiropractic care can be even better when supported by other elements such as nutritional therapy, massage, and our connection to other creatures like Carly, our therapy dog. When your body receives the proper balanced nutrition it needs you may even find your chiropractic adjustments hold longer!
